Pay: $175,000 - $200,000 + per year (Based on experience and role)

We are a privately owned, progressive veterinary practice seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join our established team of three experienced doctors.

Day-to-Day Excellence
Patient Load: Average of 20 patients per day with a comfortable 30-minute appointment time slot.
Surgical Role: Typically 6-8 surgeries per week, though this load can be adjusted based on the doctor's interest (if you prefer more medicine, the practice can accommodate by utilizing existing surgical-focused doctors).

Compensation & Benefits Details
Competitive Compensation Structure
Salary Range: $175,000 to $200,000 per year (Up to $200K based on experience and role).
First-Year Guarantee: The $200K guarantee is achieved through a base salary plus production (ProSal), with no negative accrual.
Relocation support

Work-Life Balance That Works for You
Predictable Schedule: 4 days per week with no after-hours emergencies.
Saturdays: 1.5 Saturdays per month (This typically means one full Saturday and one half-Saturday per month).
- Generous Time Off:
Generous paid vacation (3 weeks).
3 sick days.
Paid Holidays (5 days): January 1st, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
Half Days: Thanksgiving Eve and Christmas Eve.
