Practice Focus

This is a Mixed Animal Practice focused on comprehensive preventative care, internal medicine, and routine surgery for both small animals (dogs and cats) and large animals (cattle, horses, small ruminants). We emphasize compassion, continuity of care, and building long-lasting relationships with loyal clients across our rural community.

(open to only Small animal as well)

You will be expected to utilize our:

  • State-of-the-Art Diagnostics (Small Animal): In-house lab, digital radiography, and ultrasound.

  • Mobile Diagnostics (Large Animal): Portable X-ray/ultrasound and a company-provided veterinary truck for ranch and farm calls.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary and Compensation:

  • Competitive Base Salary: Typically starting around $110,000 for new/recent graduates, increasing significantly with experience, potentially up to $200,000+ DOE for seasoned professionals (Base salary, commensurate with experience, plus production/bonus potential).

  • Sign-On Bonus/Relocation: Potential eligibility for a generous sign-on/relocation bonus.

Required Qualifications

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.

  • Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice veterinary medicine in Idaho (ID).

  • Comfortable with high-quality small animal medicine and possessing skills or a willingness to learn mixed animal/large animal medicine and routine field surgery. (not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
