Job Title: Associate Veterinarian (DVM) Split Location Locations: NASA (Houston area) and La Marque, Texas

Position Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join our privately and family-owned practice, splitting time between our Nasa and La Marque locations. This role is ideal for a doctor who thrives on autonomy and wants to practice high-quality medicine in desirable areas south of Houston, such as Pearland, League City, or Galveston.

Schedule & Structure

• Work Week: 4 days weekly, with a rotating Saturday (when a Saturday is worked, a half-day off is provided the following week).

• Compensation: Competitive salary ($120k$150k, depending on location and experience) plus a Pro Sal structure. (Production)

The ideal candidate is proficient and comfortable with:

• Surgery

• Dentistry

• Diagnostics

DVM Pay Range

$120,000$150,000 (depending on location and experience), plus a Pro Sal structure.

Relocation

Relocation Bonus of up to $15,000.

Time Off

Flexible and understanding scheduling; working a Saturday earns a 21​ day off the following week.
